nice video Chuck. I'm not sure if you are looking for video quality feedback but if you are here goes. The resolution seemed a bit low or perhaps just a bit softish focused. The bright and varied colours of mat, wall, background sometimes made it a bit hard to foollow the swordwork although with the many reps it did come through in the end.

Heya Philip,
Can't much control the surroundings but yeah, there's a LOT of blue and yellow in there.
Ideally, we'd have a simple, rustic wood and canvas dojo setting, but meh, we got what we got.
Rez: Trying to keep the vid below 10 MB, and still learning how to do decent compression, etc. Got some ideas to make 'em beter, but have to play.
This was a first attempt, and anything we can learn to do better will help!
Also, the videographer, Emily, was using the camera for the very first time! I think she did a good job for all that.
Editing and so forth are all strictly MY fault, however.
